A clear step-by-step guide to requesting a catalog, confirming shell craft products, receiving a quotation, and arranging payment and shipment.
1. Build an inquiry list
Browse the catalog and send the SKUs, estimated quantities, store type, destination country, and any packaging or customization requirements.
2. Confirm the quotation
We confirm available styles, MOQ, mixed-SKU options, unit prices, sampling, production lead time, packaging, shipping method, and trade terms.
3. Approve samples and details
When required, confirm sample photos or physical samples, artwork, destination names, backing cards, labels, and packing standards before production.
4. Pay through a private order
After the final product list is agreed, we create a private order with the confirmed items, quantities, shipping charges, terms, and a secure PayPal payment option.
