Catalog and quotations
Catalog information is provided for wholesale evaluation. Product availability, specifications, MOQ, pricing, packaging, lead time, shipping, and customization are confirmed in the applicable quotation or private order.
Private orders and payment
A private order becomes the controlling commercial record after the buyer confirms its items, quantities, prices, freight, trade terms, and payment schedule. Production and shipment timing begin according to the confirmed order and cleared payment.
Samples, customization, and tolerances
Custom products require approval of artwork, materials, dimensions, color, packaging, and samples where applicable. Natural shell materials and handmade processes may produce reasonable variations.
Shipping and claims
Freight responsibility, duties, taxes, delivery risk, inspection, and claim periods follow the confirmed Incoterm and private order. Buyers should inspect shipments promptly and report supported claims within the agreed period.
